Russia plans to send two Chechen battalions to Ukraine
KYIV, July 28 /Ukrinform/. Russia continues to pull military hardware and forces to the border with Ukraine. In particular, mercenaries from Chechnya arrived in Rostov-on-Don.
Spokesman for the information and analytical center of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Sunday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“Two battalions of mercenaries from Chechnya arrived in Rostov-on-Don… We have information that military hardware and soldiers are gathering from the side of the Russian border and arranging their place of deployment,” Lysenko said.
Terrorists redeploy armored vehicles to Horlivka and Ilovaisk
KYIV, July 24 /Ukrinform/. Militants in eastern Ukraine move the armored vehicles to Horlivka and Ilovaisk.

“Further strengthening and arrangement of firing positions and defenses is observed, as well as redeployment of armored vehicles to the towns around Donetsk, namely: Horlivka, Ilovaisk,” the ATO noted.
Boeing 777 flight recorders already in UK
KYIV, July 23 /Ukrinform/. Flight recorders from the downed by terrorists Malaysian passenger jet Boeing-777 on Wednesday morning were delivered to Great Britain.
The state commission responsible for the investigation of the crash of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 reported, Ukraine's Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Utility Services said in a statement on Wednesday.
“On July 23 at about 07.45 the flight recorders of the Boeing-777 plane arrived in the UK under the supervision of the ICAO,” the report reads.
The state commission also said that a common understanding was reached on Tuesday concerning the procedure for transferring the flight recorders, which is confirmed by a technical protocol, signed by the Netherlands, Malaysia, Ukraine and ICAO representatives.
“The protocol stipulates that the objects, which are called flight recorders, were handed over to the Ukrainian side, but the Ukrainian side did not touch them, and these items were not under the control of the Ukrainian side at all,” the commission said.
After signing the protocol the flight recorders were sent to Kyiv, then to the UK under the supervision of the ICAO.
EU gets started on DPR, LPR terrorists – FM Klimkin

KYIV, July 23 /Ukrinform/. Brussels is considering the possibility of recognizing the so-called “Donetsk People's Republic” (DPR) and “Luhansk People's Republic” (LPR) as terrorist, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin wrote on his Facebook page.
“They came to a bad end,” – a popular belief in Brussels. The EU is seriously studying the issue of declaring the DPR and LPR as terrorist organizations,” the diplomat said.
At the same time, he said that the EU fully supports the Ukrainian President regarding the “ceasefire to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine, not freezing the conflict.”
“Accordingly, the requirements of the EU to Russia: stop the flow of weapons and fighters across the border. They also urge them to pull their troops back from the border with Ukraine,” the diplomat noted.

Dzerzhynsk freed from militants, town under full control of ATO forces
KYIV, July 22 /Ukrinform/. The town of Dzerzhynsk in Donetsk region has been completely freed from terrorists and is under the control of the Ukrainian military.
Director of the Center for Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk reported this on his Facebook page.
“The ATO forces have finished cleaning the town of Dzerzhynsk from terrorists. The town is completely under the control of security forces,” he said.
Poroshenko may be first President to whom Moscow will fly – Bryhinets
KYIV, July 21 /Ukrinform/. Petro Poroshenko may become the first head of the Ukrainian State, who did not fly to Moscow, but Moscow flew to him.

“If Putin flies to Kyiv, than Poroshenko will be the first President, who did not fly to Moscow, but Moscow flew to him,” he wrote.
Earlier, information appeared in mass media with reference to owner of the Russian oppositional TV channel Dozhd Aleksandr Vinokurov, who says that Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly flew to Kyiv for negotiations with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
“Putin called Poroshenko and flew to Kyiv in order to discuss with the Ukrainian counterpart variants of peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbas,” he wrote on Twitter.

KYIV, July 21 /Ukrinform/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said about the need for humanitarian corridors for complete safety of work of the International Commission at the crash site of the passenger Boeing 777 of Malaysian Airlines, downed by terrorists near Torez.
He said in his night video message, circulated by the Kremlin press service.
“It is essential that a full team of experts under the ICAO auspices, the relevant international commission were working at the crash site. It is necessary to make everything to ensure its complete, absolute security, to ensure humanitarian corridors needed for its work,” he said.
Putin still assigns guilt for this tragedy to Ukrainian authorities. Specifically, he stated with confidence that this tragedy would not have happened, “if the fighting in eastern Ukraine have not been recovered June 28.”

Ukrainian parliament approves Poroshenko’s partial mobilization decree
KYIV, July 22 /Ukrinform/. Ukrainian MPs have approved a Ukrainian presidential decree on partial mobilization.
A total of 232 MPs voted for this decision, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
Under the law, mobilization is conducted within 45 days from the date of entry into force of the decree.
“The need to make a decision on partial mobilization is triggered by the spread of terrorism on Ukrainian territory, leading to the deaths of civilians, servicemen and employees of military formations and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in the eastern regions of the country,” reads an explanatory note to the law.
The reason for the introduction of mobilization is also the concentration of Russian troops on the border with Ukraine.
“The need to introduce partial mobilization is related to the concentration of groups of troops (forces) with significant offensive potential on Russian territory near the state border of Ukraine, a threat of attack, and a threat to Ukraine's independence,” reads the document.
However, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Andriy Parubiy, while presenting the law, said that the information about the number of those previously mobilized and to be mobilized “cannot be distributed.”

As the Spokesman emphasized, these actions of Russian mercenaries “pose a threat to energy supplies in the region.”
He also said that terrorists continue to capture and systematically destroy civilian targets, preventing normalization of life of local residents.
Svoboda demands ban on Party of Regions for support of Russia
KYIV, July 21 /Ukrinform/. The Svoboda faction has demanded that the Justice Ministry check and ban the activity of the Party of Regions in Ukraine.
Svoboda faction deputy Oleksiy Kaida said this at a meeting of the parliament’s conciliatory council on Monday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“We are demanding that MPs Braiko and Deich, who publicly expressed support for Russia’s aggression in Crimea, be deprived of their parliamentary mandates and brought to justice. This also concerns Yefremov. We are demanding that the Justice Ministry, in addition to the Communist Party of Ukraine, check and initiate a ban on the Party of Regions as an organization that supports the actions of terrorists in the Donbas,” Kaida said.
